EmbedWay Technologies (Shanghai)'s (SHA:603496) investee fund completed registration procedures with the Asset Management Association of China, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The company invested 29 million yuan, equivalent to a 19.3333% stake in the 150 million yuan fund, the filing said.
