The projects include potential minority stakes in Telesat and a multibillion-dollar Ontario battery plant backed by a Volkswagen subsidiary, according to the report. Proposals also include drone turbojets, a Nova Scotia space launchpad and quantum semiconductor manufacturing in Vancouver.
