Centrus Energy in Talks to Acquire Manufacturing Supplier for $115M to $125M

Centrus Energy disclosed it is in talks to acquire a domestic manufacturing supplier for an anticipated purchase price between $115 million to $125 million.

The target company generated about $160 million in revenue in 2025, according to a Friday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Centrus did not disclose the name of its acquisition target.

Centrus said it regularly evaluates potential transactions that could improve its supply chain capabilities and increase vertical integration.
