China Meheco Wins Performance Compensation Dispute Involving Subsidiary

China Meheco (SHA:600056) received a court-mandated enforcement payment from shareholder Tibet Tiansheng related to performance compensation involving subsidiary Henan General Pharmaceutical, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The drug company received 101.2 million yuan in principal and interest from Tibet Tiansheng, while Henan General received 5 million yuan directly from the shareholder, the filing said.

Meheco offset about 16.9 million yuan of its own debt to Tibet Tiansheng, the filing said.

Meheco filed a lawsuit against Tibet Tiansheng regarding a performance compensation dispute related to Henan General in October 2024. An intermediate court in Beijing ruled with finality in favor of Meheco following appeals by the shareholder.
