Genting (KLSE:GENTING) has completed the sale of a 5% stake in Layar Nusantara Gas to a unit of Rukun Raharja, according to a Tuesday Bursa Malaysia filing.
The divestment was carried out by Genting LNG, which retains a 95% stake.
Layar Nusantara is developing Indonesia's first floating liquefied natural gas vessel, which will take gas produced from the Kasuri block under a production sharing contract.
