China State Construction Engineering's (SHA:601668) total value of newly signed contracts slipped 0.3% to 2.872 trillion yuan, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The value of newly signed construction contracts fell 0.2% to 2.659 trillion yuan.
Contracted real estate sales slipped 1.2% to 212.9 billion yuan, while the contracted sales area shrank 28% to 5.8 million square meters.
